Field Inspection of Reinforcing Steel with CRSI

Reinforcing steel is an essential component for the proper function of most modern structural concrete applications. This presentation reviews the multiple steps needed that verify and document the manufacturing, fabrication, and placement of the components in accordance with contract documents and building codes. Material testing reports and documentation provided by both the bar manufacturer and fabricator indicates the grade, type, and location
