Requirement Check List
Step 1: Provide proof of 4 years of Construction industry experience.
Work experience documentation can include a resume and/or letter from an employer for 4 years experience verification.

Step 2: Purchase and pass the ACIA Administration & Fundamentals Assessment Exam

Step 3: After passing the Assessment Exam we will verify your provided proof of Construction experience within 3-5 business days
Step 4: Once your qualifications have been verified you will receive an email from executivedirector@acia.org with next steps to pay for and take your technical exam
Step 5: Those who pass the examination are automatically granted three years free ACIA membership. Congratulations, you are now a Registered Constuction Inspector (RCI). You will be issued an RCI number, a digital RCI card.
Step 6: Once you pass, RCIs are required to renew every three years with proof of completion of 36 units of continuing education
